Job Description

Position: Manager - Customer Care with 8-10 years of experience

Qualification: Bachelors' degree

Job Profile:

Good communication Skills

Monitor Data feeds by Executive

Coordinate relationship between Operations and Marketing

Receive and review MIS

Handling in the best interest of both customer and company

Maintain customer focus at all the times and respond to customer queries.
